Basic Documents Required

• Scan copy of all semester/ year wise Marks Memo

• Scan copy of Degree certificate both side

• Scan copy of application form

• Scan copy of Request and Authorization letter

Official Transcripts from the University

Generally, Transcripts will be in two formats:

Standard Consolidated format

After Submission of Application packet with all the relevant documents such as Marks Memo/ Degree Certificate, form and other documents, institution will verify documents and prepare the transcript format then it will be issued in sealed envelope. It consist of all semester/year wise mark/grads of Marks Memo in single sheet and it looks like a consolidated mark memo, but it won’t be containing degree certificate, it may be called as Standard Transcript Format.

Attestation format

After Submission of Application packet with all the relevant documents such as Marks Memo/ Degree Certificate, form and other documents, institution will verify documents and they will do attestation/Stamp and signature on the same photo Copies of all the documents, it will be issued in a sealed envelope and cover all semester/year wise mark memos separately, and containing degree certificate, it may be called as attestation format of transcripts.

Graduation is Incomplete/ Discontinued

If your Graduation is Incomplete/ Discontinued and do not have access to a transcript of your final results, you need to submit an interim/provisional transcript from your institution with details of the grades you have received so far to get studied year documents.

Imp Note: Attestation format or consolidated format Transcript both are accepted all credential evaluation service like WES, ICES, ICAS, IQAS, CES and abroad Universities

Attestation of Marks Memo/Degree Certificate

For Attestation of Marks Memo/Degree Certificate, institute verify all the photo copies of Academic Marks Memo/ Degree Certificate then attested/stamp and signature by Concern authorizes on all the photo Copies documents, it is given in sealed envelope.

Medium of Instruction from the University/College

For Attestation of Marks Memo/Degree Certificate, institute verify all the photo copies of Academic Marks Memo/ Degree Certificate then attested/stamp and signature by Concern authorizes on all the photo Copies documents, it is given in sealed envelope.

Syllabus Copy Attestation from the University

Duplicate Marks Memo/ Degree Certificate from the University/College Only in case of lost

Additional supporting documents

1. FIR copy from police station - complaint stating that the certificates have been lost/ misplaced.
2. Affidavit Notary true copy- stating lost/ misplaced the marks sheet.

Name correction in Mark sheet or Degree Certificate
